Customer friendly? I don’t think so.
I had nothing to do but be on the phone with them for over two hours trying to lasso our new viewing package, or bundle. It felt like 10 years.
All we were trying to do is keep our bill down, and sure, they’ll help…they’ll help by taking FOUR of the channels I had watched daily away.Oh yeah, big budget break, right?
The rub of”this is Xfinity , the home of customer service,”didn’t OFFER me customer service by telling me I was losing four channels immediately.I would love for them to come running with how friendly we are and I will certainly offer them some opinions of their service.
